How To Tighten Neck Skin

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I tighten the skin around my NECK as I lose more fan doing cardio?
Like most men approaching their mid-20s post-college, the skin around my neck is beginning to loosen up... I gained some weight during university and have lost 15 pounds since then. However, I wish the skin on neck was tighter against the bottom of my head. Are there neck exercises or other ways to get it back to where it was pre-college? Thanks!

    • ANSWER:
This is going to sound ridiculous, but it works. Apply a coating of Preparation-H around your neck, and wrap it with Saran Wrap (or something of the sort to keep it protected). As foolish as it sounds, it works. I wouldn't recommend you running around town like that, but perhaps before you go to bed at night, do this, and take it off when you wake up in the morning. You should actually notice a little difference the first time. I hope this helps. :)

Will chewing gum all the time help out a double chin, or loose neck skin?
Ok, so I'm thinking all the work your jaw is doing is strengthening some muscles there. Does that help for overweight people to get more definition in their necks/jawline/etc? Does that make the skin tighten?

How many calories are burnt by chewing gum?

    • ANSWER:
Chewing gum has poisonous sweeteners (that rot your teeth) in them save your neck and chew radishs instead.
I tell you what is chewy and yummy if you can get them? Real liquorice stems with bark and everything they must be fresh and soft I could get them in inland Spain.
Maybe get yourself a neck massage to stimulate the cells.

How to tighten skin on face and neck?
I have chubby cheeks and loose skin around my eyes. How do i tighten the skin up?

    • ANSWER:
Tighten skin and strengthen the cheeks: Getting rid of chubby cheeks. Smile as wide as you possibly can. Take your three fingers from each hand and push against your cheeks as hard as you can. Or you can suck in your cheeks, with you mouth closed over and over.

Try doing a routine facial massage every night before going to bed for about 5-10 minutes. Always massage your face in an upward motion. Gravity constantly pulls down on your skin daily, causing it to become saggy in the future. Be sure to massage your neck as well. This is very important because the neck area is often neglected. Anytime you apply a moisturizer to your face, be sure to apply it to your neck as well, always massaging upward.

      Good luck!
